Can I get a Rioter's word on the removal of Evelynn's AD and second on-hit with E?
A big part of Evelynn's draw before her rework was her malleability to build what she needed to take out the targets she needed to. She was arguabbly TOO good at that though, since bruiser and tank builds wound up some of the stronger options on her, but outside of those, she had a full AP build focusing on her RQQQ burst, a full AD build revolving around her stealth, 
and E, a hybrid build maximizing the damage on each ability, and an AS/On-hit build using the two on-hit procs of E followed by its AS steroid.
I can get the change to her ult to an execute instead of an engage since that was the biggest reason she could go tanky, but the AD, and more pertinently, the on-hit synergy removal feels less justified. E applies a single instance of on-hits and % health magic damage, but has a baseline damage that isn't effected by AD unlike every single other on-hit ability in the game.
All I want to do is hit with E proccing
twice to synergise with her ult execute on squishies.
