New ranked crap? and dynamic que down

Well so far in my opinion new ranked aint what is was said "new" it is horrible the placement is even worse. my first ranked que it pinned me with 2 people who went afk after going 0-13 complain that no one was ganging at 3 minutes of game so they started tower diving. I could honestly tell the enemy team was a higher up que then 3 our of 5 people on my team it literally placed. me and one othe random person with 3 bronze 5 and we were up vs 5 silver 1.! its like really? then we get dynamic que down so the people who had groups like me or friends who have 4 solid people to play cant ranked because its only solo duo. which now those "asshats" who troll all game with them and there duo friend can raise rank faster then anyone so anyone else is going to be so far below it aint funny riot you had a good idea when dota first came out and all players created this game of lol. then you started to go down hill more and more you say you listen to your so called player no cause if you did people who troll all game curse all game would be banned but yet i run into them just about every other game hell i ran into people 3 games later after me and both teams reported said player for racisum,verbal abuse etc but yet that player dont even get a weeks ban? hell i got a month ban for telling one of my allies they need to learn the game before they ranked. my entire team reported them and they were even cursing but i guess since i told someone or tried to help someone i get banned? but people who go "fuck your mom,dad uncle,cuzin,%%%%%%,%%%%%h dont get banned? just wtf riot fix your shit dudes cause ive noticed all you want is money and money and more money.
