Practice tool: Add a button to disable minion damage amplication/reduction

A common use for the practice tool is practice last hitting. However, this is impacted by the minion damage amplification/reduction from being a higher level than the enemy team.

A easy workaround is to CS in top and to add a single bot, which will automatically run to the bottom lane and will usually be equal levels with you. However it would be easier if you could add a button to simply disable this mechanic.
