Nocturne?

So if Nocturne is in the game, he can just guarantee the ADC's death every single time his R button is up? What can an ADC even do about Nocturne's R?

Why does this game have a champ that is specifically designed to make it so that another player cannot play the game at all, regardless of how well he plays and positions?

How am I the only one that thinks Nocturne's R is a huge problem to the entire ADC class? Literally you can't do anything about it..... like there should be SOMETHING you can do..... how the fuck ADC mains climb, do they just literally ban Nocturne every game??
