Can we buff Shen's W?

Not quite sure why, given all of the contingencies his W requires, it has a lower dodge timer than Jax's Counter Strike while also not having the stun attached to Jax's ability. Given how dreadfully painful he is in solo queue, I'd love to see some tiny QoL improvements.

Spare me the "because pros!" - For all I care we can eat the pros in a Bronze revolution and have true prosperity in the game.
