Disconnects

So i was playing a game as Miss Fortune and it was all good until Shyvanna (Jungle) dc's and our Fizz (Mid) says he is lagging. Me and Leona do good until they notice the dc and fizz's lag and 4 come bot lane with someone keeping our Tryndamere busy Top lane. We fight valiantly but nevertheless, we lose. Whole point: Is Riot going to do something about dc's because I'm desperately trying to get out of bronze but seemingly can't, mostly because of dc's and partially my playing ability. (I'm not bad but not that good ehhh at least deserve to be in silver 4 or 3)< (personal opinion)
