Barrier should have the MS boost not Heal
Ever since heals buffs barrier has become a non-pick even after multiple nerfs to heal. Heal just out classes it at everything. -the heal is permanent -heals you and someone else -utility with MS boost -even though it heals for slightly less than barrier, barrier only lasts 2 seconds and if there is somenone else near you they recieve the benefits of the heal too doubling its value making it worth way more.
Barriers only pro is that it has a shorter cooldown I think Heal's utility should be the fact you heal yourself and someone else for clutch saves while Barrier should be the self protection with the MS. Make it a strategic choice rito.
