Currently in LCK Yasuo has greater presence than Ryze

So are they going to buff/nerf Yasuo explicitly for pro-play? I think that sort of philosophy is complete bull shit, balancing certain champions for pro-play leaving other unbothered. By certain champions I mean team champions like Ryze and Azir that rely on team work to perform as desired. Of course team champions perform better in organized play.
