Champion select reporting feature.

Alright, I've had an idea for a champion select reporting feature for a while now so I'll just give you my thoughts. this is just a rough idea and probably needs a lot of work.

So if someone is obviously trolling or harassing in champ select, there should be an option to report the player. If two (maybe even three for consistency) people report the same player, champion select should end and send all players back into queue except the reported player, who should be hit with a five minute dodge timer. When the report is reviewed, if they find the player guilty, additional penalties will be charged.

I can already hear people crying about how that could be abused by duos/trios so here's how we could prevent that. when reporting someone in champ select, a prompt should come up reminding the player of the valid reasons to report someone and warning them that if someone is reported and forced to dodge falsely, all players who reported will be hit with a penalty. It should also remind people that off-meta with the intentions of helping your team is not considered trolling. I don't know what the penalty could be, but it would have to be pretty severe to prevent abuse of the system. some ideas include:

-cannot report people for a set amount of games (needed) -low priority queue -removal of autofill protection -additional dodge timers for a set amount of games

Anyhow, that's my idea for the feature. I really want to hear some feedback, so if you think it's a bad idea, please tell me why so that I can work out the bugs in the idea. thanks y'all! Let's end the trolls in our promos! :P
