Lets Talk About Ohmwrecker

I for one don't see this item played at all. I feel stats could be tweaked but what they could really do to spice the item up could be give it multiple effects.

• Keep the offensive side of the item disabling turrets
• Give it a defensive effect like a steroid for your turret or even giving it our good 'ol laser
• Depending whos turret you by will activate but of course both sides get the cooldown
