Honestly why is Fiora viewed as ok?

like seriously, an entire kit based around true damage and endless dashing is not ok, especially when that kit gets coupled with conqueror, Ik my team won last game if you check the match history but still Fiora practically solo carried her team even got a quadra and a penta in a 1v4 and 1v5
