Choosing fill as a secondary role should mean getting your primary role during promos

As the title states, I believe you shouldn't be filled during promos if you select 'fill' as a secondary role.

I'd possibly even go as far as to assure players get their primary role no matter their secondary choice. Not getting your most comfortable role during your most crucial ranked games can be crushing, and incredibly disheartening when you lose. This is why Riot decided to prevent auto filling during placements, yet the secondary role can for all intents and purposes be the same as auto fill to a player.

In my own, surely not unique case, I choose fill as a secondary not because I'm well experienced at every role but because I'm only confident in one(Jungle). In the case of jungle, its play style is so comparatively unique to other roles they feel equally far back on the learning curve, and as such I choose to fill for shorter queue times. I can accept that perhaps players should know how to play at least two roles comfortably and I do intend to do so eventually(I'm still new), but if Riot agrees that getting auto filled during promos is too negative an experience surely that philosophy extends into at least secondary fill roles, if not all secondary roles. Queue times may be a little longer during promos, but I think many players would prefer to wait a little longer to ensure they were at their strongest during their most important games.
