Without its damage passive, it's still 100% gold efficient. Limiting the damage passive to only invisibility effects would keep its effectiveness as a damage/lethality/cdr item without allowing ADCs and fighters to abuse it.

Or we could just go with the more popular braindead suggesting of removing the passive entirely/ nerfing it so bad that assassins will buy DD instead.
