What if Wit's build out of Aegis?

I'm imagining here something like for a core bruiser item. Instead of stealing MR, it would steal BOTH magic resist and armor.

See, one of the big problems with Wit's is that there are very few champions who are particularly interested just shredding MR. They don't have enough magic damage in their kit for it to be attractive. However, if it were stealing both MR and Armor, it would be attractive on a much wider range of champs while also supporting other OnHit items like and much more effectively. Because lets face it, the days when OnHit items all did magic damage have left us FAR behind.
