Loss Forgiveness

So is this loss forgiveness in ranked coming to fruition? Because I just had a 20 minute ranked game( hint hint we lost) where was dc from 3:00 mark onward, I disconnected for about 5 minutes, dc'd for about 3 minutes, and our disappeared the last 6 minutes. Anyone know of any progress with this, its really painful to endure losses like this over and over.
