I got a first blood at 2:58 and they other team still got too surrender maybe im just misunderstanding?

Apparently if the vote is initiated it'll finish regardless of first blood or not.

Only if the DC happens after the first blood
/remake is stupid, works against those who are actually trying to reconnect after issues, but works for those who play the first 3 min, and then DC's
