Devourer junglers are still performing horribly since it's removal.

Shyvana, Yi, Udyr, and Aatrox are always below 50% winrate. Udyr in particular is performing quite poorly in tiger stance. These champions need to be slowly, slightly buffed until they get closer to a 50% winrate. There are junglers like Fiddlesticks and Skarner who revolve around a 55% winrate so there's no way these poorly performing junglers can compete.

I can see why Aatrox adjustments could wait if he's getting a rework, but the others really need help. Slightly buffing Udyr's mana regen, either reverting Yi's E nerf or increasing his AD ratios, and reverting Shyvana's Q nerf would all put them close to perfectly balanced.

I realize these champions can be annoying but jungle is one of the worst roles about having extremely unbalanced performance. There are so many junglers with 52+% winrate so having these champions at around 47% winrate is sad.
