I did not get the summoner icon for silver, the border and the icon for the alpha tester

I waited so much to see if i will get the icon or the border for silver and i did not get them. Today i launched the alpha client and in the patch notes said that it would give me a summoner icon for alpha tester if i log in the alpha client before 15/11/2016. Why did i not get the summoner icon and border for silver and the icon for alpha tester?
