Teemo right now, with a teemo main

Ok, in this post i wanna go over a few things, specifically what teemo "is".

Teemo "is" a bully, made to put enemies on their toes and forcing them to basically memorize someones shroom placement or to consistently deny him the ability to use them via scanners or red wards.

And as a result this makes him a little wonky on the balance side, for instance, as of right now, ap teemo is exceedingly powerful as aery is basically a second e. Allowing him to bully harder, while scaling fast and better. A big problem with teemo in season 7, was he lacked the ability to consistently maintain relevance with the runes. Sure you could use fevor, but as ap you lost power with that as the game progressed, with thunderlords or DFT you did some more damage late game, but you lacked the consistency to set them off regularly and use them well, DFT did basically nothing as a balance effect on DOT so e and r did nothing, while q gave what? 20 more damage? They were inconsistent.

Now, he has the ability to harass with multiple runes, and with consistent shroom detonation, you can chunk people without really trying.

And the primary problem with teemo, not with lore, or what his abilities are combined with the champ.

The problem is the abilities themselves.

Teemo's ult grants SO MUCH POWER in and out of lane, that having other abilities makes him exceedingly powerful in meta, combine that with excess damage from runes, and ap scales.

This puts him in a spot where, when he is good enough to be meta, he is too strong. If teemo ever finds relevance in the meta where a non teemo main can play him and win above 50% of his games, hes too powerful.

Big problems i see with his kit are as follows:

1. His R applies so much pressure because they are basically exploding invisible blue wards. (because of given vision range)
2. His Q gives him excessive deuling power early game, while basically being a non-poisoning auto attack late game.
3. His W gives him a small ghost when active. and combining that with a real ghost makes him a nightmare.
4. His passive has amazing power in an assassin type way when he has AP but falls short in relevance when he is a bruiser.

and most importantly, teemo is only powerful when hes abusing something, Need be RCS to apply a passive slow while super charging him for scaling. Aery abusing and many more.

But as of right now im sick as shit and feel like im dying, hope to post more tomorrow to help.
