Some love for Ohmwrecker

Would it be great if had something like the for , , to be build. which would be disponible on your runes page and activable at 10 minutes. It would make assassin having option against stopwatch. (I know the issue was resolve around stopwatch but it would be a nice addition to the gameplay)
