A solution to the dynamic queue / solo queue dilemma, everyone wins.

So, the problem is, Riot wants to push a single queue for all ranked games. Solo queue players don't want to get matched up against organized teams. There's an easy solution here without adding separate queues.

Enter a new button:

"Match me against other individual players"

BAM! Now if you want to queue SPECIFICALLY against other people that are alone, you can do that. If the queue time is too long, you can uncheck it and fill for a group. Groups should ALWAYS match 1 for 1 IE if it's a 3 man group and 2 solo guys, the enemy team should do the same. No exceptions, ever.
