This should be an invuln it makes a good yi impossible to cc and is constantly up once he gets a lot of attack speed.

its funny because you decide to complain about an ability that separates a good yi from a bad one and say "constantly up" when its nearly a 20 second CD, just play malphite
You cannot CC Yi during Alpha Strike or target him
