Lee Sin, and Fiora never see anything remotely to a real nerf? I can somewhat understand Lee Sin to some strange degree, but Fiora might be one of the single worst reworked champions ever. Lee has been decent since his release, but accordingly to Rito they allow champ to have their 5 secs of fame, looking at you Sej and then nerf them. Lee has NEVER seen he's always been decent if not the perfect pick.

Alot of these "Strong" champions typically require the right type of people to really make them shine and become the unbalanced mess that they are so in a weird way they become balanced.
Ever seen a diamond 2+ riven main? Once you master the inner workings of riven and know everything about her even down to the smallest of details you can essentially 1v10 in almost all situations, but if you can't even master her basics which require a great deal of time and practice to do then she's as useful as AP urgot.
Actually Fiora is perfectly fine in her glass cannon state, her tanky build is what really fucks up her balance.
