ignoring any other mechanic changes and number adjustments that would need to happen, just a thought I had if we want to make Garen more teamfight-friendly, or more carry-like, instead of being a flanking pseudo-assassin

what if instead of the villain mechanic applying extra damage to one target, he got bonus damage to all enemies if he executed someone with his ult?

give him bonus magic damage for like 10 or 15 seconds on a successful execute, or maybe some sort of 'meter' as a resource that decreases for each instance of damage he does to enemies so he doesn't need to worry about his long-ish cooldowns but still has to use his attacks well.
