Hey Riot, can we rename the Balance Team to the "Change Team?"

I feel this is a more accurate representation of what they do. They don't balance, that much has been obvious ever since the start of season 8. However, they do make change. Why do they make change? Fucked if I know. Maybe they're trying really hard to be like Obama?
