Lets Talk about Mordekaiser

Who else thinks Morde really needs a tweek. As a bulking suit of armor, he should be a tank/initiator, but instead hes a burst damage mage, which doesn't suit him (heh). To be a good burst damage mage you need some sort of hard CC or a gap closer which he has neither, those are also needed to be a good tank, which Morde can do, but every other meta tank does it better. What Morde should be is to leave his Passive, Q,E, and R the same, make his W able to be cast on enemies doing the damage and slowing them and anyone who is being damaged while he can move fast towards them also maybe increasing the mr and armor it gives him. That small change would make him so much better in the meta. I know it will never happen but one can hope. thoughts?
