Will there be specific chromas tied to a ranked queue any time in the future?

Since the introduction of chromas for Victorious skins, they have always been rewarded based on the amount of queues you have reached Gold V or higher. It feels rewarding for a player to achieve that goal in all three queues in order to acquire all of them. Yet, it feels more of like a "complete %" mission rather than "you did good in this specific queue; good job!" feeling. Especially when that third colored chroma is unobtainable since you can't be gold at everything making it feel worse.
