About the AP item changes:

Its nice the new variety, mana and CDR, but i noticed most items got their AP reduced a lot, which will end reducing the total AP mages end up getting and thus, lowering their power.

Its ok that items that are mainly utility don't excel in power, but perhaps to compensate new "power focused" items should be added.
