Creating Builds In-game?

Hey Riot, do you think that you could possibly make some sort of feature in-game where you create your own build for that game?

Im personally someone who doesnt use the premade build feature that much, as my build differs from game to game (as it should)

I was thinking maybe it would be more efficient for players to be able to record the build they want that game by dragging items into a different space or tab

Just a thought~~
