Create a rank specifically for those who troll?

If you get reported for trolling X amount of times and it is a legit claim after you investigate you go in a troll Q and you can not play in ranked anymore?? The ones who feed and troll are the biggest turn off in this game and those who actually try, like playing it and want to move ahead are sick of it. It's either people cheating and using a smurf account, or just shitty trolls that should not be in ranked. You need a different system for that, maybe start basing it on individual skill as well!

You should also make a system to which if some has shitty internet they are not able to join a match! Sick of the afk's. And ban AFK's longer please like for a week. Or you just care about money I get it.
