Finally getting even games the majority of the time

Hard stuck silver 2 here. Noticing that for the last month or so, my games are becoming less coin flip one sided rofl stomps, and more majority even score tooth and nail kind of games where a comeback can happen at any time and players are evenly matched.

Have I found my proper elo until I skill up, or have the boosted accounts finally fallen bellow Silver 2?
