Even with the new rage blade, Murumana is hardly ever built

Before devourer, on hit builts were sub par. But now riot is heading in the direction of linking hybrid items with on hit builds. I think that is the right direction because if you think about it, certain stats are linked to certain attacks

Crit links to AA AD links to physical abilities with some AA AP links to magic abilities

And now Hybrid links to on hit AA and abilities.

It kinda makes sense because on hit items are available both in AD and AP.

However, out of all the items, is one of the best on hit items, yet it is hardly built. I think it is because it takes to long to charge.
