Is there will be a problem if you Make Rengar's W heal scale(increase) with something ?

just asking. Edit(so you guys dont understand me wrong):- (W):-Ferocity effect: Deals 0 (+80% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies in the area, grants the defenses from the normal ability, and restores between 0 and 0 Health based on missing Health (healing and damage values scale with Rengar's level). but I meant to restore between X and Y health based on missing health Plus the Scaling thing(like 50% ap) Hope you understand me now
