Matched with a boosted guy

I played with a very shit support (so shit that couldnt even play alistar) that he only played intermediate bots and he was gold v like me,but unlike him i have almost 800 wins and 750 defeats,and about 400 wins on arams and 500 defeats,so why did i get someone like him on my game?
