Jungle Monster Chase too far

I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like the jungle monsters simply chase you too far when you don't kill them. I'll be killing gromp and see a teammate in peril and go help him, but Gromp will be follow me all the way to the river because he wants to KS. Or I'll be counterjungling and killing wolves and that baby wolf will follow me into bot lane trying to avenge his mother.

Has this been happening to anyone else?

Its Riot's new and improved Jungling aggro system. Everything Riot does is perfect, that's why Jungler's have always had a clear, defined role since season 2

The monster aggro system is likely what is happening.

The jungle monsters will follow you if they have aggro on you until their patience runs out. Then they will go back to their spawn.

cause of the patience system, its great for skarner tough, he can start at gromp without leash and drag him to spire zone
