About balancing levels of team members

~~_**I have been playing League of Legend for a while.

And I have noticed that blind pick and draft pick do not have great balance on team level.

For example, both two teams on a match has 5 people. And people who have similar or same level has same capacity of talent for competence. However, because some people are really good at playing, some are not that great, one team can be defeated in a match by another team since this anoether team has people who have high level and has a great capacity for competence. And I think it is totally unfair. People should be able to play with same or similar level of people so that they can have a taste of victory for time to time and improve skill and their capacity for competence and finally people are able to enjoy game and become fond of this game. I love this game and I want this game to be better. Hopefully those managers of this game take this serious and make a balance on a match on blind and draft pick. What do you all think about this problem???
