This people should be put on a separat eserver

ppl that take more then 1 minute to load the game ppl that disconnect in game and come back to late to save the game ppl that afk during games ppl that dont surrender when its 25-0 with enemy adc 10-0 and 4+ of our towers are gone ppl that play ADC as support

put all this people on 1 server and let them play witch eachader.cause they are ruining the game experince for everyone els
