One question about the support item changes...

So about the healing and shielding increases on the support items ( ) do these items increase self healing from abilities like Swain's Ult and Vladimir's Q and Ultimate? And If so, does that stack with the 25% Heal Increase from Spirit Visage and 8% Increase in the Resolve Tree?

I'm asking because I don't want to see Swain Support Running around with Melting Faces and healing 20000000 health a second.

Please tell me if the items will work that way.

And if so, I will be the first to abuse it on Vlad :^)
