Duskblade

I just find out in game that duskblade's doesn't lose it's proc when seen by minions or towers...

It only loses it's proc when seen by champions. But for some reason it also loses it's proc if you're near a dead champion. That's so funny. A dead champion have no vision though. Lmao. Now, I just need to know if it loses proc near a ward or not.
