Than just restart the queue timer.

Now, this isn't an "end-all-be-all" solution, for you still can get autofilled whenever. However, the longer that queue timer goes for, the more the system tries to get you into a champ select by any means possible. If you've been in queue for around 5 minutes, chances are the system is REALLY trying to push you into whatever role it can find.

Now, this maybe be different for higher elos, cause I know the queue times can be quite long up there (isn't the average wait time 5+ minutes?), so, the system for it might be a bit more lenient.

But that's the whole point of autofill: reduce queue times. The longer your in a queue, the more the system will cut corners in order to get you into a game.
