Runaan's Build: Replace with Recurve Bow + Stinger

I'd like at least a modest change to Runaan's build now that Recurve Bow builds out of 2 Daggers. Just so the build isn't so weird as it is. Why not Stinger + Recurve Bow = Runaan's. Could add +10% CD just to make the item a little more attractive to purchase as well. From there it'd be up to Riot to add more to it if they wanted, but this could be a rather modest change to Runaan's that might be nice.

I don't think CDR is stat that would make item 3085 more attractive. Also its price would increase. What if had some passive "after 9 hits next base attack bleeds the target for 1 second"? It's AS item so getting 9 hits (3x base attacks) wouldn't be all that hard.

I might wrote it wrong. I mean 3 base attacks + passive arrows from item 3085 which = 9. Ofc this item wouldn't be as effective in 1v1 with no enemy mobs around, but imo that could only work in its favour as "passive usefull only in teamfights"
