"X + Fill" = Support without the short queue of support

If you select any role (other than support) plus fill it means getting support, except that instead of the .5 second queue that is typical of support you get those 50 seconds where it's trying to find a match for your primary.

TL;DR: six months later and "Fill" is still unusable
