Yes, [ ] still has their ult.

So I've been seeing this a lot more this preseason. You know, where someone dies and then the jungler or midlaner or something rushes there to clean up and is completely caught by surprise because they assumed the enemy used their ult or one of their summoner spells to get the kill and then they die too. "How did [ ] kill you without their ult?" Well it was hardly ever just a forgone conclusion that they must have even before, but now that it's preseason? Between all the upfront burst preseason added, and everyone relearning how much damage anything does with Cheap shot/Comet/Thunderlord 2: Electric Boogaloo? Especially after one side gets fed, they aren't always going to need everything to lock down every kill. Preseason's a chaotic mess, as per usual, but you can usually at least rely on your team to ping what the enemy used. Especially at higher elos. But I'm still seeing it happen watching them... Just... Watch your tilt, I guess? All I wanted to say
