Can we try voice chat? Or at least get a reason for why it isn't good for league?

League is a team game. No doubt about it. All other team games have some sort of voice chat, CSGO, basketball, or even football. Communication is key in any good team game. I am sorry, but pings and typing is not valid. We need communication in which you can play and communicate at the same time. Not type for 10 seconds. You guys think it is a toxic game? It is. Because it leaves you HELPLESS. When you ping a laner they are getting ganked, and they don't listen and die, you blame them and get mad at them, but from the other player's persepctive; they didn't see the pings. There are a lot of pings in league, and usually we do not listen to all of them. League is not a toxic game because of its players, it is because of the game. If we had voice chat, communication would be much easier, and the game would become much more about teamwork, and less about relying on teammates to have brains. Oh yeah, and there is a simple solution to trolls. A mute button. You would be surprised how few trolls there are in CSGO, and if they do troll voice chat, mute them. Easy as that.

I've said so before, VOIP would make a huge difference in toxicity in a good way. If you can hear the voices of your teammates you tend to be a less of a dick towards them because they can talk back :P.

The other reason Riot has said no is because not everyone has a mic, so it would cause an unfair advantage. I say to that: have VOIP be disabled in solo queue, where it really matters, only because that is the only place where it could matter. It wouldn't be in teams because the creation of a ranked team is a big undertaking and you can bet they'd use VOIP anyway, so make it less complicated for ranked Teams. outside of ranked it doesn't matter as much its for fun.
