Did the ranked system get worse?

For the past 7 games(I'm not kidding, 100% serious) I've either had someone who is toxic, and tries to ff every moment they can. Or someone who shouldn't be playing ranked in the first place. Like today, I had a riven who picked into nasus, lost lane, and blamed me(The jungler) and she ran down mid, feeding, stealing my jungle, etc. Then just last game I had a 10/21 talon who died to zed 9 times within 15mins. We almost won that game, but due to zed being so fed only jax could stop him. Is it just me or did the system get worse? I'm trying my best to be sportsmanlike, but in infuriating that I get toxic player, or players who feed, then give up and put everyone else on tilt. Don't get me wrong, I'm no LCS challenger player, but I don't expect this to be a constant and common thing. Is it just me, or did the system get worse? What's your opinion and why? I'm posting this to vent off my anger, but I also believe it got worse this season. The only thing I see that's improved this season is the report system, I've gotten 2 notifications that players were punished for negative attitude. OPINIONS LADIES AND GENTLE
