Help, I'm bad

Hi.

I'm bad, and looking to up my gameplay. Please give me tips. I like to play Melee sustain champs like Morde, Olaf, and Aatrox.

I hyper focus cs, focus objectives, and for the most part play safe.

My early is really good, but can't seem to out play 3+ Man ganks.
