Picking Champions 4800-3150

So I have been thinking about getting a new champion. I have 3979 ip and saving up for 4800. I like adc champions (attack damage champion). I like high range (magic range if that's what you call it) but if there is a physical damage champion like master yi that is very good that I would think of getting a physical damage champion. But I'm mostly good with champions. Here are the lists I want to get and these are the only ones I do not want comments to be different champions that I have not listed(sorry if I act rude I didn't mean to) The list of 3150-4800 ip champions I want:

1.Lee Sin 2.Heimerdinger 3.Rumble 4.Viktor 5.Syndra 6.Wukong 7.Malzahar 8.Kat 9.Kog'Maw 10.Shaco

Let me know out of these 10 is good.

No offense, but most of these champs have almost nothing in common.

All of them are pretty good right now except Malzahar. His game is totally nerfed and in the toilet.

If you like Mages go wither Syndra or Katarina. Kat will have the best overall utility because her ults can change games from a loss to a win.

If you like ADC, Kog is great right now.

If you like Jg, wukong and lee are both very strong.

Rumble can be strong too.
