Zyra needs a nerf

A nerf primarily targetted at frustration but not power

Her laning phase just feels so oppresive to play against with the plants attacking you even if she misses her skill shots,how she does massive damage without building much AP,now I'd be completely fine with her dealing massive dmg and an oppresive laning phase but

the 3 options for a nerf -nerf her base mana or mana per lvl -nerf her mana regen -increase her mana costs

if that happens it'd feel so much better to play against zero knowing that she can't just stay in lane for ages without running oom
