Placements bugging out...

When I'm playing solo/duo games, it gives me 2 different ranks... one is s2 and the other is s3 and it suddenly gave me s3 without any notice of it and it said these were after placements which were never counted for me... so on my profile it shows that I am s2, but every second game I play it adds LP to s3 too... so i have s3 - 26LP AND s2 - 82LP only on solo/duo... Can someone explain to me what is happening?

And I would already be s1 if not this...
