Says it couldn't complete my series after I won 2 out of 3?

So, I got into my promos, I already had a free win in there from losing promos last time, I won one game, and a message box popped up that said "could not complete your series because" but my fingers spam clicked okay because I thought it was telling me I won my series, what the hell is this? That game didn't even count now.
